The timing of events was not on Misaki's side this time around, she decided as she worked in the kitchen. Over the last couple of days she had destroyed almost every piece of furniture and had been forced to use her newfound strength to steal the furniture from other rooms. If Jill had noticed she had yet to mention it to Misaki and she was ever grateful for it. Misaki did her best to cover up the couch with a blanket bought from the market, the table with a decorated tablecloth, and the chairs she dismissed us un-decoratable. Anything to hide her mistakes. Her largest problem had been struggling with the ever-growing hunger which seemed to gnaw away inside of her. She could consume large portions of food but the hunger never went away. Then there was the short fuse the hunger gave her... Too many times she had to stop herself from going out and picking a fight with somebody from the network. Especially that vampire woman.
Misaki frowned as the plate she had been pulling out for dinner broke in her hand, the shard falling to the ground. The food was made for dinner and Jill had yet to come home... Misaki frowned and dropped the rest of the plate, crossing her arms over her chest. She wished Jill was home already.
