Hanging out near the clinic wasn't useful in the least. There weren't a lot of injuries that couldn't be handled with a medkit. And the few that couldn't were ones that he either could get to the clinic on his own or that even being in the clinic when it happened couldn't help.
The Roadhouse was a good place to wait things out and was, for a little while at least, quiet. He grabbed a couple of beers, heading over to the table where Castiel was currently sitting. "This can't go on too much longer, right?"
