went out to my brother in laws family cabin at falcon lake on sunday morning. had a blast. I was supposed to do some skiing, but I ended up just going on a 10K hike. it was refreshing... I haven't had that much fresh air all year. it was a beautiful weekend. back to the grind stone tomorrow, but thankfully it's a short week... Thanks Louie! I've re-found my love for Dorito Sandwiches this weekend as well. the wonderful union of margarine, Rye bread and your choice of any flavor or dorito... I used Jalapeno cheddar. Marvelous! god I love it.
