It's been a good month.
Well. I'm rather pleased with the election results thus far. -dances- (well. ok. Prop 87 SHOULD HAVE BEEN OK'D! but I can't really make most of california see my views. )
But I was really thinking more along the lines of winter nearing. Winter always makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside and with the rainy season STILL not goddamn here I can't wait til cookies bake, relatives visit and the fireplace gets lit.
School's going well for me. (Well. with the exception of Art History. I kinda have a D at the moment...and she didn't put any comments to tell me why...so I'm assuming my test was bad. Which was expected. Animation and Perspective are amazing classes and so much fun and I've made many friends since Spring. Which makes me feel good.
My animation final has been assigned and I have to make a storyboard for an animation of 5 seconds involving a flour sack. Should be interesting. Perspective is working on Figure in Environment. Buh. XD
I'm on amazing terms with my stepdad and mom and while I'm hitting rough seas with my conservative family here in MIllbrae, I think leaving marin and COM was the best choice for me.
I'm waiting anxiously from a call back from Barnes and Noble because I made it through two rounds of interviews. They're going to call today or tomorrow to tell me if they're going to hire me. -squirms- It'll be sooooo good to have a job!!! pleeeeeeeease hire me!!!
So. Yes. I'm in a lethargically nostagic calm mood. It's good.
In gaming news, I acquired Shadow of the Colossus from my darling friends, Ariel and Sean for my Bday. MARVELOUS game!!!! (number 8 is being a right bitch and not dying when I want it to. It shouldn't be able to climb AND shoot lightning!!!)) I also got Devil May Cry from Lun (Captainardi) and it promises to be a good game once the camera stops wigging me out. LASTLY I bought Radiata Stories which makes me haaaaappy. I can kick things and people. I can't wait to kick people once I actually have levels. XD (It was $17.99 at EB. I couldn't pass it up.) I really want FFXII. But it's DAMNED expensive. buuuu....
My school has a Kickin' anime club. I'm gonna try to be there every saturday. (Barnes and Noble guy was all, "your saturday is....awkward" and I was all DAMAGE CONTROL!! "uh. actually. it's more of a matter of I'd really prefer to not work then due to a pre-scheduled activity. but if you reeeeally need me then I'm cool for saturdays. I mean hell. I said I was free wed-friday and sundays. pfft.)
My cell phone is...aging and growing stupid. It gets confused when I want to switch calls and freezes up. But my dad won't get me a new phone...and i"m lookin for a plan of my own. (which is going to be about 50 dollars a month. -shrugs-)
Well. I guess that's it for now on the NIchole Front. Finals are starting and such. So I'll be @.@ for a while. XDDD
