New albums from Mars Volta and Jack Johnson drop tomorrow. Hooray.
I had my first interview ever last Thursday - with Dillard's. It went swimmingly. I got a callback for the second interview. I don't actually want to work for a major corporation like Dillard's, but I need the interview experience and I may end up needing the job (if I get desperate and need money).
The 'rents visited last weekend, a.k.a. I went shopping and got a plethora of new beautiful things. Shoes, goucho pants, skirts, earrings, tanks, etc.
God is the absolute coolest! He has gotten me out of two tickets, helped me to win an insurance showdown with a careless rude woman that scratched my car, allowed Tosca to safely return from Turkey, helped me with my Scotland internship, inspired me in a myriad of ways, and done countless other wonderful things for me. It is so lovely to know that someone is always looking out for your well-being and always loves you NO MATTER WHAT! He does not want to rain on your parade - anything but! I have had more fun than ever since I have befriended Him. If you haven't already made God your bestfriend, I highly recommend it. Sincerely.
