I'm quitting smoking slowly, although ... hey, I don't have many cigarettes left and I don't have a vehicle on the weekends. Um. Well ... maybe I'm quitting this weekend.

I've got my e-cigarette and plenty of nicotine juice, though. I should be okay.

The dieting is coming along really well. Well, it's not really a diet, more a change of lifestyle. I have to keep telling myself that. BUT I'm eating fewer calories and paying attention to where those calories are coming from. Tonight for dinner is flounder, salad with light balsamic vinaigrette, and squash with onions.

The exercising is really, really good. Today I did yoga (special stuff for aches and pains) for 20 minutes, a kickboxing workout for 10 minutes, and the mat exercises (strengthening stuff) that sparkpeople recommended. I LOVE sparkpeople.com. It's such an awesome site once you get used to using it. It tracks everything and makes CHARTS. I love charts.
