I can't recall how much we discussed the FCC & broadcast licensure, etc. in First Amendment class, so i pose the following question:
Would you support revoking the broadcast licenses of any and all radio stations that play Christmas carrols non-stop between Thanksgiving and Christmas (and beyond)?
I think you'd support it.
This is a damn fine idea. Think I may even write a letter to my Congressional representative. This is a problem plaguing our nation and it's time for it to stop. Don't make the American people suffer through another over-songed holiday season.
