This was not a decision that Lithuania could make alone. And truthfully, he wouldn't have wanted to. It wasn't right for one nation to decide for others, especially when it was such a serious situation. Even though he was oldest, the three brothers were equals. Together, they could find the right path and walk it proudly.
He and Latvia stood outside of their brother's room, hands clasped together. "Estonia? Eduard, it's us, can we come in?"
