In midst of it all...
So I'm a bit swamped...work already this week (and last week---despite only being the first one of the year) has already managed to eat away more of my life. But I have been meaning to cross-post things and I will (this weekend).
Anyways onto the first order of business...signal boosting a bunch of things:
It's the last ever Paperlegends (and I'm so on the fence about participating because of that--I have such a backlog of Trek stories I need to finish) but if you love Merlin and ever thought about participating here's your last chance! The final version of your fic isn't due until August so that means even at a 30k minimum if you write like 1500 words a week starting now, you'll meet it. See I'm completely psyching myself to write for this [even when I don't have the time!] Sign ups open February 1st so definitely think about it :) And seriously I blame this BB from turning me from a casual Merlin fan to one who pimps Merlin fests ^^.
MerlinREDUX Art/Fic Fest
This is a bit late, but prompting has started for Merlin Redux (lasts until Jan 14th). Is there something you wish you could retcon or change about the series...maybe the final scene? Or when Merlin tells Arthur that the ban on magic is okay? Or when Gwen was being controlled by Morgana. Should there have been more Merlin v. Mordred scenes? Or should the magic reveal happened earlier (I have to say outside of the timing...the magic reveal couldn't have been any more perfect, but I digress)? Request it or fulfill someone's prompt.
