quick hello
I feel like I've friended all the people since last I reminded y'all who I am.
I'm Leen, this journal is kinda almost mostly half of the time friends-only. I like watching tv and reading books and talking about animals (like, a lot. Like, I'm sorry in advance for boring the hell out of you).
I'm a 22 year old student in a veterinary science program in northern Ontario and I work at a pet store, so hopefully that explains a little more about why I never shut up about animals. I currently live with one awful cat called McLovin.
Here's McL last month right after I brought him to school for a lion cut. He's an entirely indoor cat, so I don't feel bad for shaving him in the winter. He also has a nice long coat that he refuses to groom, so this way he gets less mats.
I also like writing a lot, so you'll probably see entries to that effect (usually complaining, let's be honest). My fanfic is posted on my dreamwidth - right here - as well as my original stuff, which, again let's be honest, hasn't seen the light of day in almost a year. The tags I use over there suck, but my master list is awesome ;)
In case y'all were wondering or just forgot, here's a picture of how fabulous I look. Note the totally ballin' hoodie and the totally relaxed, natural expression on my face.
Puppies! And yep, that's how I usually look at the rescue.
I haven't been posting a lot lately, I know. School's been intense and work's been intense and my apathy levels have been high. I'll be around more, or I'm going to try and be anyways. Ilu all.
So, uh... You can drop me a line here if you have any burning questions about me. Like anything you ever super needed to know. I'm in the mood to be chatty. :)
