I'm home sick today.
Yesterday I got a call from the Casey campaign asking for an interview. That's right. Who's the coolest Democrat in the house? Okay, maybe not the coolest, but still...a Democrat...and in the house...
If I get the job--and I will--I'll have to change my summer course. Right now I'm in polisci 398: The New World Order and its Critics, which meets during the afternoons--right when I'll need to be whoring myself out to Bob Casey. Maybe I'll just take ethics second session, which would knock out a Phil requirement for my major. But I'm really looking forward to critiquing the New World Order...oh, well. Anything to beat Santorum.
That's my new motto from now until November 2006, then. Anything to beat Satorum! Oh, and elect Bob Casey, who seems like a pretty swell guy aside from Planned Parenthood of Southeast PA v. Casey. And that was his dad! So everything's cool! ANYTHING TO BEAT SATORUM!!!
In other news, I'm now on the board of Penn for Choice and Penn ACLU, which is kickass. I'm sharing a post with Niva in P4C--let the craziness begin.
