that's right. i just titled a journal entry with a rocky horror quote. what.
so i should be packing. i'm supposed to be ready to go and bring my bag to health psych at 2:30 so that i can just leave class and walk right to the train station, catching my 4pm train. then again, do i really honestly feel like it's going to take me 3+ hours to pack?! not. so. much. (complete with tommycanyouhearme head movement) who's wicked excited about getting to go home a day early!?? that's right, i am. thank heavens i finished my poetry paper last night/this morning. otherwise, i'd be staying here on this loverly little campus until tomorrow afternoon. and while that would be mentally stimulating and all that, when my little brother threatens to come kick my ass if i don't come home today....i think that i'm going to follow his instructions. kid probably could kick my ass at this point. shiiiit.
anyways, yes i am going home. home to where boys are far less confusing and way more annoying. back to where my friends are. back to where for five days the world will be just like it should be....nothing to do, friends who don't want to do anything or don't have any money to do anything....driving around...herrell's, applebee's, seej...the cinemas, the holyoke mall, northampton, nick because i have to... matt kevin foley maybe....coeds, the bbc, driving for an hour to go play pool, through the wilderness.... the turkeybowl... mom. dad. trev. erin. momma friz. poppa g. i miss my friends' parents as much as i miss some of my friends. imagine that.

then, come back here for three weeks. study for finals, do my stats homework (the whole semester built up to a week before marks close.... shocking!) practices for christmas cabaret.... the choice between the rugby dinner and the ampersand's open mic at rodrigue's...choir concerts, trev's show in port jefferson, finals, home again. a whole month at home?! what the hell am i going to do?? (well...work.)

it's going to be a trip and a fun ride. strap in and hang on.
