Bored Kt=urges to bake. Unfortunately there is going to be pizza tonight so I cannot begin to bake :( :( :(
I wanted to make "Dainty Lemon Tarts" but we don't have a double boiler. Then I decided to try making Hamantaschens because they were delicious and god making that one into a triangle was satisfying.
I may be one of the most easily pleased people ever.
In any case, I will be the hobbyist pastry chef who makes terrible terrible scones.
By the by, I was looking for a scone recipe in our cookbooks and couldn't find one :(

I made a strawberry pie and oh my god it is delicious. Like orgasm on a plate delicious. Could have to do with the copious amounts of sugar in the strawberry goo but in any case. Mmmmmmm.
