Sometimes you just need to blog.
I haven't been up to much too ground shaking. I'll try to report the things it makes sense to report.
What's first? Work. Work's been going okay. I've become more motivated and interested in improving operations there since I started. I'm finally starting to get a clear picture of the focus points and getting a bearing on what we need to work on. It's tough, because I've only been at THAT store, and so it took a while to see the things that need to change to become a better store than we are now. I'm excited though, to make a difference. At the same time it's a little depressing to see how much work we need to accomplish. I guess it's just time to take a breath of fresh air, count to 5, and get to work.
In auto news, I took my Civvie in for her 20,000 mile service. My little baby is all grown up. lol Got a couple minor problems fixed, too. Still have some that need taken care of I guess.
My cable package had a special value that just ended, so I signed up for a new one. I basically am not saving anything, but I did get another premium package and telephone service for no extra cost. So yes, I will have a house phone soon. I know, I know, crazy.
The other night, Damon, Chad, and Chad's g/f Alicia came over to play some Wii. I cooked up some stir fry for Autumn and Damon, then we played some Wario on the GameCube and MarioKart 64 on the Virtual Console. All in all, I had a blast. It's fun to be able to get together like that and play games on the best little console ever. lol
Probably going to go see 300 any day now. Might even be tonight, but I'm not sure about that.
I've been really tired the last couple days and it needs to stop. lol I went to sleep basically right after I got off work last night (so like a little after 10:00 I was asleep). And I woke up a little after 6:00. Ugh . . . I should have went back to sleep, but I decided to play some Zelda instead. I dunno, maybe not such a bad idea after all. haha
Oh, I really like the new Fall Out Boy song. Fucking help me. This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race. I can't believe I like one of their songs. Although I love Panic! At the Disco so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.
St. Patrick's Day is coming soon, and I can't wait- love that holiday.
Well it wasn't a very informative blog, but there you have it.
