I got a new job at Discount Labels that is going to be paying three more bucks an hour so go me!
They were offering a position at my current job that I applied for. Apparently I was too good at one book of business and not showing anything special with all the other ones I take. Oh, and my communication skills were apparently too good as well. Even though the position was for Quality Assessment and I have one of the highest, if not the highest, fucking average for QA scores in customer service.
Well, the job that I will start on the 25th is going to be paying even more than the one I applied for. So Nanayayayayaya!
Also, the Asko book of business is going to be ffuuuuuccckkkkeeeddd up when I leave.
Saw "Unlimited Blade Works" the movie. Made me a sad panda. It was a very poor adaptation. Way to go DEEN. I mean, "Scott Pilgrim VS the World" was an adaptation of 6 different Graphic Novels and it was done beautifully. However the UBW Movie just seemed to be one fight scene after another, lots of blood squirting everywhere and Archer being cool. Which, we know he is.
However, it made me crave some Archer/Rin, and . . . there's none to be found. Again, Sad Panda.
Happy about the new job though! Not to mention the two short stories I've had published. Ironically, my name's not on the cover of the "Feme-Fang" book, however I'm one of the first names on the cover of the erotica book. I'm thinking I'm going to have to swallow my pride and just write a romance novel . . .
Also, any one know where to get one of those awesome Renaissance Apothecary masks that were popular in Italy in that time frame? You know, the creepy ones that look like crows or giant birds and were white. Lee wants to do that for Halloween and I'm going to be scoring a Renaissance like outfit too.
In other note, Castlevanya: Lords of Shadow is fucking gorgeous.
