SM Town LA Journey and Report
Okay, sooo I've decided to post a little entry...kinda showing our journey to LA and to the concert and stuff...Just for personal reasons.
So, we left from Logan airport in Boston Thursday, Sept 2, 2010. After getting bumped off of every damn flight, we finally got on the last one to Atlanta!...Where we had to spend the night in the airport because we missed our connecting flight =[

Anyways, we got lucky and got the first flight in the morning and finally made it to LA!!! Fast forward to Saturday and we're getting ready for the concert! Unfortunately we got there right before the show was about to start so all the merchandise was already sold out =[ good thing we brought our own glow sticks! lol
Anyways, we heard the music starting and literally ran to our seats, which we surprisingly found pretty easily. And we sat down and everything started so freaking fast! I hardly remember some of it. They opened with their lesser known artists but they were all pretty good! I think Kangta was the first artist that I like to actually perform and he was so pretty! Ugh! I just couldn't stop staring at him and his performance was adorable lol
I think F(x) was the first group to perform I don't remember what they performed first....for some reason I wanna say Nu abo but I'm pretty sure thats wrong lol. What I remember the most is that Amber wasn't there so all of a sudden Minho(yes, from Shinee) came out to do the rap in her place and I just...died all over the place because I'm in love with him lol. But he was gone as soon as he came and everyone was still in shock lol. But F(x) was awesome! All of their performances were great and Luna looked soo pretty and so did Victoria.
Shinee was just....too amazing for words! They all looked so good and performed amazingly and I just couldn't get over the fact that they were right there in front of me! I was so jealous of all the floor seats though because they kept walking through there. I don't remember what they performed first...I think it was Juliette but when they got in position for Replay, everyone knew what was coming and screamed so loudly!
It felt like Super Junior and Shinee were the center of the performances...not that I'm complaining lol. Super Junior was awesome!!! Heechul had a solo performance first and when he came up I was just....in awe that I was in his presence lol. He came out singing Ivy's song and Henry was playing the violin and Jungmo was on the guitar...and all of a sudden...Heechul went over to Henry and kissed him!!! I...died....It was one of the greatest things I've ever seen lol. And then later, during the group performances, Ryeowook kept running through the floor audience (lucky bitches) and at once point Siwon was practically naked (just his top half of course). It was amazing! Henry and Zouhmi were there and Henry talked in English for the members first, everyone was screaming so loudly for him! I was happy he finally had support from fans(instead of the booing that some bitches give him). And then the members practically forced Siwon to say something in English too lol. I don't remember much of what he said but I'm pretty sure it ended with "God bless you all" or something along those lines...Ohhh Siwon lol. I witnessed an Eunhae moment in person! Honestly though, I don't even remember what happened because afterward all I could think was "OMG....I just witnessed the great love that is Eunhae!" lol Hopefully if mrs_min_ai sees this entry she'll help me out(she's the one I went with!) Anways, they came right up to the front and were so much closer than I thought they'd be!
Boa was ADORABLE!!!! She performed I did it for love and everyone was singing along with her and then Key came out to do the rap part of her song and....well...I've always thought he acted kinda gay(in a fabulous way, I'm not trying to be insulting) but when he came out....he just...ooozed gayness lol(Theres really just no other way to describe the way he was moving!). I love him! And then at one point SM messed up the song that was supposed to be played and poor Boa was just standing there saying "I can't hear music in my ear!" she was so embarrassed but everyone was really supportive of her. I love her!!!
Even though I don't really care for SNSD, I have to admit that they were pretty great that night. Their performances were fun and awesome and their fans were def great.
But anyways, of course, my whole reason for going was to support HoMin. I support all 5 members and love them all too and I wanted to help show HoMin that Cassiopeia is still out there and waiting patiently. But when it was time for them to come on the crowd went insane(even the other fandoms which I was really grateful for), I flipped my red light on(which I'd been saving the whole time) and all of a sudden there's Yunho and Changmin hanging from the ceiling like the Gods that they are. Yunho's butt looked great in those pants lol. And then "The Way You Are" came on and I'm not one of those psycho fans but when I heard their old song(which happens to be one of my favorites) that they originally all sang together, I just lost it and totally started crying. But as soon as it was over and they moved onto their new songs I was good and just in awe that they were right in front of me again. Changmin was...hot...and his voice sounded deeper and different then it used to....but it was great. After they were done they stood beside eachother and poor Changmin held his hand out to Yunho but Yunho wasn't paying attention because after a minute Changmin just let his hand fall =[ but they said hello and introduced themselves as DongBangShinKi...and then quickly said goodbye, thank you and walked off stage lol. They seemed nervous and awkward because they couldn't speak English but everyone was still happy anyways lol. The stage definitely seemed kind of empty without Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun. Even though things suck right now, I'm still supporting all the members and I'll do so for as long as I have to. "The principle part of faith is patience." This is a fortune cookie quote i just got and when I read it I couldn't help but think of how things are right now and "Always keep the faith".
We all thought that was the end but then suddenly Shinee came back on with Lucifer!!! Finally!!! We were afraid we weren't going to hear it! but it was AMAZING!!! And then Super Junior performed Don't don and then I'm pretty sure that was the end where everyone started coming out and ending it and Changmin was a big focus at the end. He was the last one singing and the last one to walk down to the front of the stage and his shirt was barely hanging onto him and it was amazing!!!
And then it was finally over and they were saying goodbye but no one wanted to move or leave lol. We waited until they started leaving before we left.
At some point their was a dance battle type thing that was awesome! The usual members came out to dance (Eunhyuk, Shindong, Taemin) but Luna came out too! and she was so good! Love her!
Anyways, the ride back kinda sucked and then I had to get back to campus to start classes the very next day(I missed my first day of classes for this!) but in the end, it was DEFINITELY worth it!
