I do love Winston Churchill quotes. One of my favorites that this left out (probably because it's not known if it was actually attributed to the parties involved) is this exchange between Lady Nancy Astor, the first woman MP, and Churchill:

Lady Astor: Mr. Churchill, if you were my husband, I'd poison your tea!
Churchill: And Madam, if you were my wife, I'd drink it!
