I love weightlifting, really really love it. I credit the program I'm on along with podle's support with being able to cold turkey my pack a day smoking habit a couple of years ago. Amen to loving weight lifting. I bench 225. You're ahead of me. GRRR. Just kidding. I'm not into competing. But I totally get the jazz of weightlifting. Heh you knew me when I was terribly skinny.
