An agent responded to my ad online. Just came to make a first round evaluation, comments were my flat is very nicely done and should be attractive to buyers. I am very proud of my own designs, tho' Big 95 said houses would fetch better price if it's left in original state. Back then, I though I cleverly played with the space to make the place "bigger" with built-ins. Good thing is, they're still relatively minimalistic and well-maintained.
Told the agent to keep my asking price higher as I am not in a hurry to sell. I believe it's all about the feel/sentiments of viewers when they are here. Let fate decide.
