Back to school
Hard to believe I just spent 5 weeks on medical leave.
Had access to my e-mails though, called a handful of customers and talked to TK on Skype every other day.
Today felt like that first day of school again, though back then we didn't have to remember passwords we hadn't used all summer.
Took my trackball along to replace the mouse, got an external keyboard to use with my laptop, used lots of abbreviations in internal mails and kept it short but polite in outbound messages
On the positive side: My vacation days, which had been booked before getting grounded have been cancelled and added back to my total so I can still take a couple of days off later this year.
