Stupid Customer Service, part 2
Long story short, I paid over a month ago for that special trash pickup. $54. I told my leasing agent, who informed me of the trouble, to call me if the pickup did not occur that day. She didn't call me.
Well, guess what? My landlord kept nearly $200 of my security deposit for "trash removal." My leasing agent was not in. But my landlord claims that no one picked it up for over a week, so they removed it and charged me.
No one called me, and no one refunded my money, so it stands to reason that the special trash pickup went off without a hitch. Right? Someone didn't pick up my garbage, and as a result, I was charged 5x over. I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for crappy service twice! Just you wait, Hoosier Disposal--Monday morning you are going to get a piece of my mind.
