When gardening turns deadly
Okay, can I just say.....

Decided to do some gardening and was pulling weeds like a mad woman in my little front garden when I was swarmed by yellow-jackets. Seems the little fuckers had built a nest (about the size of a friggin' football) under this little wooden planter.
I only got stung twice, thank the goddess, on the top of my right hand and the back of my right thigh, but gud gawd it hurts. Ice is doing nothing for the pain but keeping the swelling to a minimum.
nnaylime has run off to the store for some hornet and wasp spray and when she returns? Those. Fuckers. Will. Pay.
Anyone with suggestions as to how to stop the ouchies, send them along and I will forever be in your debt.
