school so far is pretty good. i can already tell i'm going to be really busy, but i'm almost happy about that. my schedule is still getting changed around because i got out of acting c today (i think, and i hope) and will be taking research instead. i'm scared shitless about directing, but oh well. i'm going to try and be an AD for higgins' show. so far, only jacky, britni and i are interested. i wanted to be in it at first, and i may change my mind, but i'd probably be better off trying to be an AD than actually getting in it, just because i've never had luck with that stuff in the past. plus, i'm required to audition for the damned musical and there are about 30 roles, so i've got an okay chance at that, not that i'm too interested. as for academics, my teachers are all cool and i think i'll do well this year (besides getting a rough start in english since i didn't do my summer reading.) oh yeah. musical theatre will probably be fun, even though my voice isn't as great as everyone else's. i'm glad i've got stuff to do. it keeps my mind off other things, but those things are beginning to drift away anyway. i feel pretty good. today i actually felt like a privileged senior theatre major. nice feeling. i might go to the concert at jackrabbits tomorrow night, might not.
last night my grandpa, aunt, her boyfriend and his little daughter came over for dinner. the little brat wouldn't shut up, and my grandpa kept saying things to me like "let's put some dope in her drink. let's give her ecstasy. let's knock her over the head with something heavy." god, i love my grandpa.
we went to rent a movie at the blockbuster by my new house and there was a really cute guy working. after we left she screeches, "oh my god! he totally wants to be your boyfriend. did you see how he was looking at you?" it was kinda funny, kinda annoying, but he was SUPA FINE.
