(no subject)
it's been quite a while since last time I updated.
so much has gone on since then that is hard to begin.
first of all... so much stuff goes so wrong in my life, but at the end of the day I know that I am very lucky and fortunate. I have wonderful friends, and my brother and my sister are the greatest siblings ever! :)
anyway... I've still been going back to B'ham EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND... OBVIOUSLY! I can hardly wait to move back! FIFTEEN DAYS & COUNTING! it's going to be amazing! I mean, obviously I do not like everything about Birmingham... but when it comes down to it I love Birmingham so much more than Auburn... I mean, there really is no comparison. however, Auburn football will always be a huge part of my life whether I'm at this school or not! :) anyway... at the end of October Ian & I went to the Decemberists concert in ATL. I didn't know too many of the songs, but the concert was REALLY amazing! I'm so glad we went! It was a great time! oh gosh... well, a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday night Kerry & I went to the Panic! at the Disco concert... but that night kind of got a little messed up. why? because I had to go to the hospital for possible alcohol poisoning and my parents didn't even know I was there & they had to come all the way to Georgia & all that. it was pretty crazy. well... atleast me & Kerry looked cool... w/ our blue hair & "punk" outfits... haha & of course Kerry's fingernails! amazement! it was still a fun night despite the possible alcohol poisoning thing & the fact that Kerry's digital camera got stolen by some crazy lying mean person! gah! but I heard a rumor that Kerry's gonna get another digital camera for Christmas b/c that happened... so that's a good thing. :) that weekend we also went to the Auburn/Georgia game... that day was fun, but the game def. wasn't b/c Auburn did really bad. fortunately, we left early so we didn't get rained on! :) that was the upside a/b us losing... but it still sucks that we did... but atleast we beat bama! :) gah... that weekend was so awesome! btw, Sunday was the day that we watched RENT! I love RENT! It is unbelivably amazing! def. my favorite movie EVER! :) anyway... the NEXT weekend... which was 2 weekends ago (the weekend started Thursday), Kerry & I went to see Death Cab for Cutie! woop woop! fun times! then on Saturday we went to the Auburn/Alabama game & Auburn won! thankfully! on Sunday we went to the IMOGEN HEAP concert. okay... I used to kind of like Imogen Heap, but I didn't really care either way... but now I think that she is so amazing! that was BY FAR one of the BEST concerts I have EVER been to in my entire life! both of the opening bands were incredible and so was she. they like weren't bands though... which was the coolest part... they just kicked ass at everything... like all the instruments and singing and all & recorded themselves and played it & it was like a "one-man band" type thing. gah... it was really cool! & the 2nd opening act did all of the music and stuff just w/ his mouth! like made all the noises like drums and all that... it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen in my whole entire life! ahh... amazement! those were 2 awesome weekends! oh... except for the fact that someone tried to break into my car in ATL... but the cops caught him & he's in jail, so it's not THAT bad. then on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, some dude backed into my car & messed it up. that sucks pretty bad. oh well... atleast I'm alive! I'm happy a/b that! :) that same night I went to a really fun hotel party! I didn't even talk to anyone that I'm actually friends with barely, and I actually had a really good time. fun stuff! I didn't do much else that's really exciting over the break except for hang out w/ some of my amazing friends.
I am so lucky to have such great friends! I really do not know how I could survive w/out them! they make my life so much better! I love them so much!
well... I guess that's a/b all I have to say even though I left SO much stuff out. that's all I can think of.
