When one was feeling polite, they would refer to me as a Japanophile.  When I was young I was kept very sheltered, and wasn’t allowed to watch much television let alone watch many cartoons.  So when my grandparents surprised me with a fairly large television for my 11th birthday, my parents were naturally reluctant to put the thing in my room.  ( Read more... )
