BSB! We Want KEVIN!

Oh MAI GOSH! I went to their concert last night. It was fun, giddy girlie and lots of screaming too. I went with MeiMei, Nere & Ami. We bought the central tribune ticket, quite pricey but with BCA card, you buy 1 for 2 so it was quite a bargain lah compare to the ticket price I've paid for those concerts I went in Singapore.

The concert started pretty late; almost 9pm but they were quite entertaining. sure they were not as agile as they used to but Nick still looked cute in a haggard way, Brian was like a little blond monkey, AJ and Howie ... well ... they looked like they used to look 10 years ago ^^;

... and we want Kevin!

They sang quite a lot of their old songs ... hehehe ... those in Festival area were mostly younger groupies ... it was funny to realized that when they sang an older song ... we the *tribune generations* started to sing along but when they sang a newer one; we were like just ... la la la ... and looked a bit blank with stupid grins ...

I remembered they sang 'Incomplete' and I started to go ... kya kya kya ... I can't believed myself that I still could remembered all those sappy lyrics from their old songs ... hahaha .. pretty embarrassing actually

one thing that really caught our eyes were *ehm* quite a lot of closeted queer Indonesian so-called celebs came to the concert too ... they were at the Festival area so we could easily spotted them from our Tribune seats ... it was quite fun to see who and who came with who ... we spotted flamboyant Thomas Djorghi with his entourage ... blondie Bertrand Antolin sans the hubby ... etc ... etc ...

one cute couple even wore matching t-shirt in stripes ... they even danced along and clapped their hands like Emmett ... MeiMei was so funny when she said 'eh ... kok gwe pratiin banyak yang rada melambai yang di Festival?' ... Nere, Ami and I were like 'telat banget deh loe' because while she was busy with her camera we were busy gossiping about the aforementioned case ... he he ...

overall it was a fun night for me ... really glad I came & a refreshing nite away from office daily craziness!

thank you for the fun night, Backstreet Boys!
