It all happens at once
Here's the news in bullet points:
* Got a call from the lady who dented my car's insurance company. They're paying for the repair and even for a hire car while my car's being fixed. Awesome. They're supposed to ring me back about when that's going to happen, but I haven't heard from them yet. Hopefully tomorrow. They did say in next 24 hours.
* My back tooth is scratching my tongue every time I talk. I rang the dentist and I'm booked in for an appointment next week to see what can be done about that. Typical, I avoid the dentist for 10 years with no problems, two weeks after my first appointment, this happens.
* I got an email from a casting company called Mad Dog. They cast people to play background roles in TV and film. My cousin's girlfriend told me about them. She had a background part in The Wolfman. I've registered with them, but I have to have a meeting with them next week before I can get any work. This will be so awesome, I could appear in the background of a TV show or movie! And I'd get paid!
* Going to buy a scrap book tomorrow. I'm going to start this project that my friend Sel is doing, where you design a page for every week of the year and at the end of it you've got a whole year scrap booked with something from every week like ticket stubs, photos, receipt, that kind of thing. Sounds like fun.
