Blah
Today has felt like a total waste
I had plans to go to Sarah's house in Bath today, but I'm still not feeling well so I had to cancel. I still have a bunged up ear, but my throat's no long sore, however, whenever I breath in I cough and it's hurts my stomach thanks to the fact it's that time of the month.
So, the only time I went out today was for my appointment. I figured I could still go to that since it was in town and all I'd be doing is lying down anyway, but I got there and decided to not have my face scrubbed to death because even though it has cleared up my face there's this area around my chin and left cheek that hasn't improved in a month, so I've made an appointment to speak to the other lady who works there to see what else can be done.
I spent the afternoon pretty much doing not much. I played some Final Fantasy on my DS, read some more fandom secrets and slept for an hour. After dinner I played some Smash Bros and then slept for another hour. That seems to be all I want to do. It doesn't surprise me since I woke up at 7am this morning, which is early for me on a Saturday and I didn't really sleep well. Plus it's been so damn hot today.
I'm so glad it's Sunday tomorrow.
And it's my dad's birthday today. Next year will be the big 60. I gave him his present yesterday, which was the movie A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum. Which he hasn't seen, but he said he'd probably like.
Right now I think I'll find some comedy to watch and curl up on my bed.
