Monthly Update
So here comes my update for September. I guess one post per month is better than nothing.
So lets see where I left off from the last entry...
Labor day weekend was insane. The tailgate was a lot of fun. We had two kegs in the back of Jack's truck, played some beer pong and flip cup. Basically we drank a lot. Then the game came and I had drank so much that I couldn't physically drink any more. It took me like the entire game to drink my last beer. When we got back to the truck, we found Nick just sitting in the back of it waiting for us. After a quick trip through Taco Bell, we landed at my apartment and walked back to O'Brien's. Darts didn't go so well. Nick stole a chair from outside and put it in the back of the truck.
Sunday we got back in the truck, this time with Alan and John-Erik and headed down to Siesta Key. We got to our hotel to check in and then went to have some dinner. Afterwards we ended up back at the hotel and had some drinks...maybe more than 'some' would be correct. We took a cab down to the Daiquiri Deck and began the rest of the night. From here things start to get hazy. I remember some frozen drinks and eating shrimp and having a terrible server. Oh yeah, I also started pulling the stapled dollars off the wall at one bar. Ooops. We went to the beach and Alan and John-Erik decided to walk back to the hotel while Jack and I opted for a cab. You can guess who won that race...even though A&JE got like an hour head start!
On the non-fun side. I had to have oral surgery that didn't go as planned. Any surgery involving your mouth is always no good. Jack made me this awesome that looked like a mouth with teeth though. Haha, it was amazing and delicious.
Last Friday was another incredible night. Sigma Chi needed a band to play their bid party and luckily Powerspace was in the state with that night off. Everything went awesome! Fun fun fun fun. Amy, Erin, Libby, Jenna, Megan and I met at Dave's house to pre-game before heading over. Afterwards I forgot that I had the key to the apartment and Jack and I went to pick up Taco Bell for the band and everyone else so they all got locked out. To pass the time, they ended up in the swimming pool. When we finally arrived after waiting in the ridiculous drive thru line, we became the heroes of the night for bringin' the TB.
Next weekend is the merchandise catalog photo shoot and Chicago!!!
