St. Patrick's Day 2007

Crazy! That's the one word I would use to describe Saturday - St. Patty's Day 2007.

Megan and I decided we would have a party at my place before heading next door to O'Brien's Pub. The pub has a big bash every year so we wanted to pre-game at our place and then just walk next door.

The party got off to a raging start around 2:30 p.m. Poison of choice: Irish Car Bombs...and lots of them along with a green punch that was pretty delicious. Around 4:30 p.m. we decided to head over to the bar. Normally we would just walk right through the hole in the fence that divides our apartment parking lot and O'Brien's. However, they made the decision to put up a barrier so we couldn't do that. Because of this, we were forces to hop over a fence. Totally fine the first time around, but pretty detrimental later on in the day.

Some key points that come to mind (although not all I remember)
1) 5-10 Irish Car Bombs = memory loss
2) Tube sock on my arm
3) Corn-beef and cabbage stew
4) David falling asleep on our porch
5) Fabian losing a flip flop and his phone
6) Falling and scraping my knee like I did back when I was 12
7) Making out in the kitchen pantry
8) Beer in my purse
9) Tracy starting a fight
10) David / Caleb pounding on my window at 2 AM

Our apartment looked like a hurricane had gone through it. Overall, no one puked and most drama was avoided.
