Loooooooong Day

So, yay for my Bombeck kids doing a musical instrument unit! Haha! They want me to bring my saxophone in for the kids to see. While the kids are cute, I don't know that a daycare with two year olds is what I want. Last year I loved my second graders and I loved my preschoolers last semester, and yeah these kids are adorable, but I don't want to spend my life chasing kids around and changing diapers. I like being able to carry on at least somewhat of a conversation where I understand what is going on. I have a huge amount of respect for anyone who does that every day. Like I said, I love my kids, they are adorable but a handful.

After the Bombeck Center this morning, I came home and made a sandwhich and ate some veggies and a little bit of ice cream. Then I layed down to rest some.

At 1:30pm I had class. My education class wasn't too bad. I took the quiz. It was pretty easy so that is good. Not that it really matters since I don't lose anything, only gain points regardless of how I do. After that class I went to Geology. We sifted through some stuff from North Carolina and found all sorts of shark teeth and stuff. While it got boring after a while, it was kinda cool to be able to find those! He actually let us keep some of them too, not that I was really that amazed by them but the fact that I found them made it cool.

Concert band......wow! Well, with Prof. Wiltshire gone, Dr. Morris ran rehearsal. It began as the woodwinds with Morris and the brass in sectionals. Well come to find out Morris wanted us to be in with him the whole time, and the brass only there half. Well I was the ONLY first clarinet there.....haha! Yeah, Liz was sick and Brandi is at conference! We were playing Emperata Overture and there is this clarinet solo, not a big deal right? Except when Brandi has been playing it, not me, and Morris made me play it! Luckily it was easy and I did fine but still! Then I had to play a duet with Morris, that was entertaining too! That man is just entertaining!

After concert band was over I came home and Alex, Andy, and I ate dinner. Megan wasn't hungry, but we got her to eat some potatoes......I hope she is okay, I was a little worried about her since I know she doesn't feel well....and I mean I know what the feeling bad is but I still worry......because I love her. Then I went to Hands in Harmony and Heidi nor Mary Ann were there so we simply picked songs we wanted and left. Now I am back here trying to relax and get stuff done.......

Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!!!!!!
