Ugh. Something had died and crawled into her throat. Willow was sure of it. Then there was this little band, of what she was also sure, not so miniature imps doing some kinda conga in her head. It was pounding like Willow had *never* experienced before. Her mouth was dry, she felt thirsty but most of all, she realised as she rushed to the bathroom.... She hadda throw up. Lots. And lots. And ewwww

Buffy saw her best friend sprawled on her bed. From the looks of it, Willow had missed her morning classes due to their, well, mostly hers, night of many, many cute alcoholic drinks. If they hadn't been so cute with their umbrellas and colors, they probably wouldn't have drank so many. Seeing Willow's morning after reaction, Buffy was suddenly very grateful for her Slayer constitution and the ability to fight off the amount of alcohol she had consumed. Though it couldn't compare to Willow's, she had felt quite giddy the previous night

Willow nodded at the 'sorry' and vowed to never do that again. Nodding just wasn't the best thing to do with this headache. It was one of the explody sort which made Willow swear she was never, ever gonna be drinking again. No matter how cute the drink and how many funny umbrella's they'd put in the darn things. And it was still Oz' fault! If it hadn't been for him Willow wouldn't have the grand-dutchess, head-queen, monster headache of them all

Buffy grimaced, realizing way after she had discussed gross foods that that was probably the last thing a barfy-feeling hangover person wanted to hear. Good going. Then again, she had never dealt with the hangover thing or much with the sick thing--unless one counted that horrible flu or that time her vamp boyfriend fed a demon heart to her to keep from hearing people's thoughts--so her cheerful and obnoxiously helpful demeanor was probably more annoying than she realized
( ... )
The mistake was made to nod again. Willow groaned and clutched her head, pressing her face into the mattress. Buffy had a point however. Drowning man problems with cutesy drinks, no matter how bigga poopyhead the man guy had been, was not a good idea. In fact it turned out to be a bad, bad idea. Unless of course you were a Slayer but then it was cheating. So way with the cheating. Willow wished that she had a Slayers constitution right this very moment

Buffy watched as her friend downed the pills, hoping they would do some good. She had never seen Willow sick. Sure, she'd seen the girl in the hospital, but that wasn't just random sickness. Of course, it was kind of their own fault for their sickness and the Slayer felt a little guilty that she didn't feel as bad as her. So, she she couldn't blame Willow or make her feel any sort of guilt for staying in bed. Plus, it was pretty sunny and that would probably hurt the redhead's eyes
( ... )
Wow. Beating around the bush much? Willow frowned at Buffy, wondering if the Slayer was going to tell her. Hadda be something big which made Willow worry even more. Totally not a good thing to do when having like the headache to beat all headaches. She hoped it wasn't something that required her to get thinky cause then they'd have like a big problem
( ... )
Buffy watched her best friend's hungover mind try to wrap itself around this pretty unfortunate news. And the disbelief about Faith was obvious. She wouldn't put it past Faith to fake amnesia, but had she not spent time with her, she was sure the girl wasn't lying
( ... )
Believing Buffy would so be of the good for her headache, Willow realized. Cause then she wouldn't have to think about it no more, wouldn't have to worry quietly about some Rogue Slayer suddenly barging into her room and killing her or something... she wouldn't have to think about nothing period. Oh how her hungover head would really, really love that
( ... )
"I didn't think she would be home," Buffy protested, refilling the glass of water for Willow as she did so. "Usually she's at the gallery by the time I went there. And I thought it was better for amnesia Faith to be under my watchful eye only in a less obvious way, so I just took her to my house to look after her." She was not surprised by Willow's reaction, but she had a feeling the hangover was making her take this news a little worse than good-feeling Willow. With that, she left out the part about her mom making she and Faith pancakes. She had a feeling that would only rouse more groaning and moaning and disbelief
( ... )
If it weren't for the headache, and the heartache which was returning with a vengeance, Willow would have told Buffy it sounded like a sensible plan. A sensible, but still very kinda bit of a dumb plan. Cause had Buffy expected her mom to stay away until Faith was okay-dokay again? And when was that gonna happen? When it suited Faith? Cause Willow was still not convinced the other Slayer wasn't playing game like she had done so many times in the past

OOC: Decided to have the phone conversation here :Dwearing_tweedFebruary 25 2009, 01:27:50 UTC
After two rings, the line on the other end of Buffy's picked up. "Hello? Oh, um, hello, Buffy."
Giles looked back at the people in his living room then turned his back to them, lowering his voice. "Is everything okay? I think we have another situation on our hands here. Um, Faith's sister has arrived in Sunnydale."
As Willow panicked while the phone rang, she nodded along to her statements, repeating, "I will" until she finally heard the click on the other end.
"Giles, hi," she started, but before she could premise whatever she was about to say, he dropped an even bigger bomb than the one she was about to drop. Buffy was suddenly very glad she had not been drinking or chewing on anything when he told her that Faith had a sister because it would have projected across the room and hit Willow in the face.
Instead, her eyes grew wide and mouth fell open, "Wait, whoa, what? Back up, Giles. Faith's sister?" The words came out before she realized she had said them, "So, Faith has a sister who just magically appears on the same day she woke up from her coma with no memory?" She paused, "By the way, Faith's awake and has no memory. I ran into her, told her everything that happened, and she got, like, a little wiggy after I spilled the beans, so she left and I went back to my dorm. Should Will and I come over?"
"Good, good, telling him is of the good," Willow agreed and made the mistake of nodding again. Gosh darnet, she so totally needed to stop that. But it was a reflex! And reflex were kinda hard to stop. Well, for humans at least, maybe there were demons who could that. Not that Willow cared at the moment. She cared about her headache and other ache disappearing and Giles staying in Sunnydale. Who'd they run to if they'd get in trouble? Geeze

Giles frowned at Buffy's news about Faith leaving after being told everything. He wasn't sure if that was the best thing to do but he couldn't fault Buffy for doing so. Amnesia was such a tricky, not-by-the-book sickness of some sort, it was hard to really say what was best. "Do you know where she could've gone?" he asked, lowering his voice. "I just... her sister is looking for her and I told her I would, um, well, bring Faith here."
Glancing briefly over at Dawn, who was looking at his books once again, he rubbed the back of his head. "Maybe you should come over so we can discuss what's the next course of action. But... if possible, it wouldn't hurt to do a quick sweep of the streets in hopes of running into her?"
As Willow panicked on the bed since she could only hear Buffy's side of the conversation, Buffy didn't have to reveal the other end since she had blurted it out already. With wide eyes, she shrugged at Willow's 'sister' outburst. She mouthed an 'I have noooo clue' to her before Giles continued talking on the other end
