This is hopefully going to be a short post today. *hears cyber rejoicing from my tens of readers*
Today was the final day of my Recovery Week and as such was the final day of Core Cardio and Balance. I think I performed Core Cardio and Balance better today than any day this week, which makes sense if you think about it. I was even able to last longer in those "Shoulder Burn" exercises. And I did all this with my back being sore. I thought about skipping again just because of my back, but if a sore back didn't stop me on
day 2, I wasn't going to let it stop me on day 34.
Recovery Week was a nice break from the last month. I got to learn some new exercises. I got to go at a slower pace. I was even able to break in my new shoes. Now it's onto the Max Interval stuff in the next 4 weeks. I know I'm not ready for it, but I am more ready for it than I was when I started this entire program, so I really shouldn't have anything to worry about. Besides, this is all about getting away from my comfort zone.
Blogging may be sporadic in the next couple of days. Nicole is visiting for a belated Valentine's Day weekend and Aryan's wedding reception is on Sunday. So, it will be a busy long weekend for me. I will definitely fit in the next phase of workouts, but the blogging won't be as in depth. And it looks like my hopes for a short post have dwindled with my random ramblings.
34 days down.
