gettinf worse and worse

im feeling worse and worse then ever. bout my heart my body and my mind, i know i can solve most the problem of the mind by taking away one element but from that it will increase pain to the heart and body. so now im stuck in this vicious game of jan ken pon(ro sham bo ) for a whileintill i find a well balenced solution. but who knows then that will come around.
