So my mom's on call this week and has recived a duty officer package, so in addition to all of the normal ways to contact her:

e-mail
home phone
work line at home
blackberry
cell
work phone (if at work)

She also hs the following electronic devices:

Another blackberry (because one just isn't enough)
A pager (which doesn't even work)
and.....AND
A satellite phone
