Seattle Public Library
I love living in a city with a great public library. It's so gorgeous on the outside, and inside it's a maze of bright yellow escalators and getting dizzy walking up and down the spiral for books for a research paper. It's also a great place to check out some new music. Here's what I checked out:

Tomorrow is sushi nite, for which I am both excited and nervous about. Excited b/c sushi nites are always fun, nervous b/c there's more ppl going that I would have ever thought (I'm kind of a pessimist, but only slightly. I really did estimate that 40 people would come, I just didn't think it would actually happen! Thankfully we know with just enough time to quickly scramble to buy some more food). And then Thanksgiving weekend, which will cover all 7 deadly sins:
Gluttony - the obvious one
Sloth - the aftermath of gluttony
Lust, envy, greed - Black Friday, when I see people buying stuff that I can't afford, like big-screen plasma HD tvs and the like, and trying to get all the cheap stuff before anyone else does
Anger - When I don't get to buy some things that I wanted b/c some jerk got to it right before I did. :D AND having to work on stupid research papers over Thanksgiving weekend
Pride - The satisfaction of buying lots of new things on Black Friday :)
Turkeyturkeyturkey! Every year we spend Thanksgiving at someone else's house, which is really nice because 1) my mom doesn't get all stressed out, and 2) if we don't, we basically don't celebrate Thanksgiving. This year we're going over to the Benson family's house (I think we might have last year too, all I remember is last year going over to Emmanuel's house where we had tons and tons of meat to the point where it was kind of gross, especially having to watch Jonathan eat tons and tons of it.). The sucky thing is that they're super protective of their kids' tv watching habits, so no My Name is Earl/Office/CSI for me on Thursday, which is weird now that I think about it b/c I plan on picking up seasons of all 3 of those shows the next day! :P
Anyway, I should go to bed. Tomorrow is going to be crazy busy and I need my beauty sleep. :D
