so...what a hectic, stressful, tiring 24 hours this past day has been. last nite, once we got back from the mall and walmart, i finished up adding to joyful's notecards for church history. joyful then came over and we made a feeble attempt at going thru the cards one time.

(sidenote.....some people like to be a butt and withhold a couple of tiny bits of information from "friends" when they ask for it, saying that its "cheating" to study off someone else's study guide. i mean....seriously.....we only needed information for like 2 notecards to complete our stack. how hard would it have been? oh well....i guess i just dont think like a manipulative person...)

so anyhow, after we went thru the tommy cards one time, i decided to do up a study guide for pauline lit. thats right, ALL the chapter themes, ALL the matching and multiple choice from ALL 4 tests. joyful helped me a little with the last of the typing up of stuff.....we finished finally at 2 something. then, before joyful left, she bought a plane ticket back to school for the middle of break.....yeah, random purchase to make, but hey, joyful can be a random person (which is one of the reasons why i like her, because i like to be random). so then, once the computers were shut down....joyful headed home and i spent a few quality minutes with the husband before gettin a few precious hours of sleep...

6:30 is a hellish time to have to get up and take a final. we woke up and went to the tv final, which i will say again....never should have happened cuz he promised us there'd be none (today he told us that there was none in advanced tv...not what he told us previously). so i took that, and who knows how i did, but probably no less than a 90. of course mark always mentions how josh will get 100 and the rest of us will get less, a nice oversight on how jonathan and i nearly always ace (or come freaking close to acing) all the other tests/quizzes. essentially, theres josh....and the rest of us kinda get lumped with jared somehow.

as soon as i got done with tv final, i headed up to joyful's room to wake her up for tommy study time. she said some pretty bizarre things while in the waking up process that didnt make sense ("****** is going to come study with us"--in real life ****** has graduated and is doin masters work....it was funny when she realized later what she'd said to me. but i love it when people say funny stuff in their sleep/pre-waking up/pre-sleep that makes no sense) so we laid on her bed and tried to be serious about studying but i ended up trying to use the word "phallic" as much as possible. we came up with two acrostics for some of the lists we had to know, and when i say we, i mean that i came up with them and joyful just agreed to it, lol. the first one was "i do skanky phallic movements." the second was "a human eats dead, emaciated, small piggies, resulting in euphoria." pretty funny stuff. didnt help me remember that it was evangelicals, not deists, who influenced the first amendment. oh well. i dont think i did too awfully bad on that test....so glad to be forever done with tommy's essay exams. they were my nemesis, if i ever had one.

aannnnnnd, last but not least....pauline lit final. i think only a couple people actually used my study guide as posted on both my internet journals. joyful had posted the link, but i think most people would rather come up with their own guide than read mine. anyhow, i didnt even fill in 8 of the chapter themes, and im pretty sure i got at least 18 or so right, with a few filled in that were wrong.....but with the matching and multiple choice (which i pretty much aced, i think) i definitely have the minimum 70 points i needed to maintain my contracted C in the class. yay for being a total slacker because my grades dont have to stay up anymore.

ok, jonathan is home, im leaving this journal business!
