Dear Mr. Pineda:
First of all, allow me to apologize for having to inform you of this news through this letter and not in person however, as you know, we have been busy and as a result, i have been maximizing my time with the files while in the office.
While i enjoy my job and feel that i have grown both, proffesionally and on a personal level, i am hereby notifying you that i will be resigning my position of Legal Assistant. I feel that it is time for me to concentrate my sights on my field of study and seek other means of employment that in turn will furhter enhance my knowledge of this field. Nevertheless, I'd like to thank you for giving me the appourtunity to work with you. I have truly learned a lot from you and everybody else in the office.
Per our previous conversations, i will alow for a one-month window to both, hire and train my replacement. I feel that this is more than sufficient time to train somebody else.
Once again, i thank you very deeply for having me.
Sincerely,
Freddy Cabrera
