vizio update!

ok, so after waiting almost 2 weeks since getting pushed up to customer service from tech support (mind you i helped open a theater, and have been working 32-40 hours/wk since) i finally had some time during the day when vizio tech/cust support was open (odd morning hours, and their west coast) so i called.

they 'said' they called about it back on the first, but it probly got lost in the slew of telemarketing calls.

its just like the old maxtor harddrive replacement method. you "buy" a new unit, they ship it to you, you send back the dead unit via prepaid shipping label, and they "refund" the price of the new one.

oh stev, keep an eye out for a GIANT fucking tv box coming through, its getting UPS'd.

normally i wouldnt do that, but i do have ample space on my card, plus its not exactly an off brand as i found out (they have alot of the different models at sams).

i just want my tv dammit. its been a month since i bought it.
