HNNNGGG *creams pants* NEW FMA IS OOUUT. Yeah, I just finished watching the first episode (god bless you Shinsen Fansubs). Once again, they seem to start off in the thick of things. It's pretty epic so far in terms of animation, music, battles etc

Wasn't Scar dead? Hughes lives? YAY! I hope they don't kill him off, but they can kill Scar asap. Don't really care about VA.

so this is basically the same plot of DBZ? I wish they would make more fillers like that spacial. I need more Trunks and not the lame GT Trunks!

And yeah..I think it's the same plot, just not taking over 9000 episodes to do one fight XP

aw I don't want a recycled anime :( I was hoping for a sequel that fixed the horrible ending.

I didn't think FMA was that long though. 50 I think, but there are many series way longer and it didn't feel like it dragged save for a few episodes. This coming from someone impatient.

Yeah, it doesn't seem incredibly uber awesome yet. But. When I first started the FMA manga through scans, I didn't like it too much. It took until, like, chapter 5 before I was like "Best. Thing. Ever." I wasn't even going to get into it, since ANN did a review of the first episode and were like "Eh, it's okay, I guess, maybe." So hopefully it will be like the first series in that once it gets rolling, it just bowls us over.
