olympic ceremony was pretty cool
especially noteworthy was the sculpture thing that fell apart into human sculptures and then were projected on with the dna projection being cool... then at the end the flame going in was cool!!

the speeches were pretty boring, but there were good language skills though! and i couldn't sit through all the countries ( Read more... )

I got my permit finally!

3rd times the charm I suppose.

1. told me that there was a new law changed which made it mandatory to sign up for behind the wheel before taking the permit test... ok wtf O.o
   
2. told me that my birth certificate was a "town birth certificate" not a "county birth certificate", so i didn't have proper identification
