I compulsively sing to myself. It's not that I want to or like to, I just do - like breathing. Mostly, I sing little nonsense rhymes or I sing my intentions or my feelings towards 'whatever' at the moment. I also sing the ABC song quite a lot. It's sort of a relaxing mantra for me. You should try it sometime.

I had a huge allergy attack last night right after I went to bed. My throat started to close, my nose completely stuffed up, coughing, swollen eyes, and lots of mucus draining down my throat. I sat up most of the night just so I could breathe. Not much sleep achieved ( Read more... )
