Not that MothMOE isn't a complete idiot, but maybe the files could be labeled 24-1, 24-2, 24-3, etc. I do think your system is pretty logical though.

I do agree that my system might not be self-evident for everybody - but that he's an idiot for not going back to check or asking me once he realized that he was missing documents.

Although, as of right now - nobody else has had the same problem he has - I will take the time tomorrow to label the unlabeled files.

It just burns me that he was hired for this position instead of me 'cause his stupid piece of paper is more valuable than my experience and intelligence.

I don't blame you. Employers place way too much emphasis on some stupid piece of paper, when they should look at the person. Manmagnet was turned down for many jobs because of a lack of paper when she had a ton of relevant experience.
