Here's my menu so far. Not everything is figured out calorie-wise so far and some things, like a plain green salad I'm counting as 0 calories unless he adds dressing or other veggies to it.

Absolutely everything but the lime rice on Wednesday is made from scratch.



Monday:
Butternut Ginger Soup @ 203.96 calories per serving
A green salad

Tuesday:
Sloppy Joes @ 175 calories per serving
Coleslaw
there will be a choice here, either 2 servings of the SJs or 1 serving plus a serving of coleslaw

Wednesday:
Chick pea curry @ 128.57 calories per serving
lime rice @ about 210 calories per serving

Thursday:
Apple Squash Casserole @221.08 per serving
A green Salad

Friday:
Awesome Loaf @ about 184.34 calories per serving
mashed tatties with shroom gravey (calories not figured out yet)

Saturday:
Pizza (calories not figured out yet)

Sunday:
Mushroom "Beef" Stew (calories not figured out yet)
