Okay, I went home early from work on Saturday because I just felt like I hit a wall. I was pretty much completely out of energy, felt like all my movements were against resistance, really, really odd feeling. I got home and *crashed* for about four hours, all the time dreaming lots and lots of fragmented dreams. I puttered around a bit Saturday night, but was still really fatigued. Went to bed at a reasonable hour. I think I slept okay, but I know I do a lot of tossing and turning.
Yesterday I slept in a bit, but not overly much. I puttered around the house, moving furniture, unpacking, and going through some more stuff. Moderately active, but nothing completely strenuous. Again, went to bed at a reasonable hour. However, I know I spent quite a bit of time awake and dozing, and awake, tossing and turning. Something I ate for dinner was bothering me. :-P
This morning, I got up at a reasonable time for my weekend. Puttered around a bit, then went to read. I conked out for nearly two hours, again dreaming lots of little fragmented micro dreams. I'm (obviously) awake again now, but am yawning and still sleepy.
What. The. HELL. is wrong with me? I toss and turn all night, and am tired and sleepy all day. I haven't had a leg cramp in almost a week, though I can feel my calf muscles spasming at night occasionally. It's like my sleep/wake cycle is backwards. Even when I don't nap during the day, I still have trouble sleeping at night... I just get more and more tired.
Blah. This fatigue makes it really difficult for me to gather the motivation or energy to take care of stuff.
