Anthrocon, how I miss thee...

I've been a longtime AC fan. My very first convention was Anthrocon 2000, and I've since lost track of how many conventions I've managed to attend. It saddens me deeply when I look at the mounding stack of school-related debt that I'm unable to even put a dent in until I finish college in two years. If I were you I'd check out greenhouses and plant nurseries. I worked at one (granted it was family owned) every summer while I was growing up, and we were always looking for part-time guys.

All I know about summer jobs, at least if Norway's anything to go by, is that most places like to have their summer positions filled EARLY. That is, starting the application process as early as January/February. So you really should start looking around then.

Maybe you could sign up with a temp agency or something?
