Supreme Court Rules Death Penalty Is 'Totally Badass'

So, the Washington Times has decided to go all Web2.0 with their site. It's mildly irritating and more difficult to navigate (and probably Hell for people on dialup), but I can manage. He died today at the age of 75. They haven't said how yet, but he apparently had been fighting multiple myeloma for about two years now. He was a brilliant actor, but most people probably knew him for this:
