Seriously. No brain all day. But I managed to get my remaining homework done! And my meeting got pushed back again, to Wednesday, so! Day off tomorrow~! Maybe I should do something productive like read some shit, but. Eh. Fuckit. I want a day off with no worrying about shit, so! Day off it is.
...I'll probably just stay home and play games or something, but hey. ^^;
24 - Betaing - How many betas do you like to use to make sure there aren't any major flaws in your fic? Do you have a Beta horror story or dream story?
Uh. Realistically, I have an
azremodehar! Sometimes someone else betas, if I - well, let's be honest, if I beg a little, which I only do for important things, like
hardmode, where people I don't know are likely to read it. It's not exactly the best arrangement - me'n Az are close enough that we have trouble being objective about things - but it works.
You hear about people with betas that'll not only rip their grammar to shreds for fixing but also point out characterisation fail, logical inconsistencies, and just - show people where their story is failing as a story, with plot arcs and character arcs and. Everything. I'm kinda jealous. (Well, okay. A lot jealous.) I've no idea how to get one, though, so hey. What can you do, but keep trying.
...that being said, I might go edit the pokémon AU a bit more. It'd be nice to get the editing done and it posted before next NaNo, ffff. *hates on editing*
