So, today I learned how to use the "LJ cut" and went back into my journal postings and edited the "LJ cut" into them. That was fun. I had so much I wanted to do today, but it was one of those days where my body ached and it was hard to move. I actually laid down and took a nap, something I seldom do. I was cold and couldn't get warm and too tired and achy to accomplish anything, anyway. As it turns out, Jeren got paid a day early anyway, so I went at his lunch time to take him to cash his check. We went out to lunch, I took him back to work and came home and continued to not do a whole heck of a lot.
I did get the sliding shelves put into the cupboard in the one kitchen cabinet. It was kind of a tricky procedure, but they finally went in and work nicely. Now I just have to figure out what I want to go in there and load it up. I also got the platters and such that I use for parties and get-togethers and put them in the upper part of that cabinet unit. I really should get busy and knock out the soffits above the stove so we can move that tall cabinet into place. Maybe that is what the boys and I will do this weekend. Ethan is coming over for the weekend and he always enjoys helping me with projects. I have two crowbars and two hammers so it would be a quick job.
Jeren finally bought his Wii today! He is leaving it out for me tomorrow so I can play with it a little. I want to practice the bowling. I used to bowl on a league and I want to be good at it so I can beat the boys!
I found some really cute cowboy fabric online and I want to make Logan and Isaac matching western style shirts. If I was richer I would make one for Quentin, too, but his would take a couple of yards of fabric all by itself. I will keep that in mind for next year, though. It will be fun. I worked on quilts today and also a few blankets. It's so nice to have my sewing area accessible again. Yay! .
Time is just flying by these days. I need to start working on Christmas stuff.
Ok...falling asleep here, so need to go.
Goodnight all!
