The hour draws near.....
Ok so I worked at the Kingdom this weekend, though only a total of seven hours. Having the extra cash is awesome, and it paid off my medical bills that I'd accumilated after the fainting incident. I have to call and cancel a dentist appointment today for Thursday. I'm moving dentists. I had my knee checked out the last time I went to the doctor, I have a type of inflamation in my knee. Its better but she put me on an anti-inflamitory...basicly Aleve at a higher dose. It has helped some, though last Saturday night I really put some strain on my thigh muscles. Don't wear boots with a sizable heel to dance in. Bad for fat people, hurts important body parts. Anyway, Saturday night I went to Connection with Liz and Brigitte. We had lots of fun watching the drag show and dancing. Liz drank but Brigitte and I did not. Liz is really funny. We had a blast. I helped her with her make up and mine was pretty wild too. Her eye shadow matched her peacock feather earings. We danced and had Brigitte sandwiched between us on the dance floor. It was fun for all.
Bart gave me my birthday gifts today. He couldn't wait until Friday and that's cool with me. He gave me a Lacuna Coil CD that I'd been looking for. I'm super happy. He's teaching me to play video games. I'm learning pretty well, better than I expected. He made me a wrestleing character on his WWE Raw X-box game. Her name is Talon and she's pretty kick ass. We made her intro music "Bad thnigs" by Wendesday 13. It rocks. Shhhh don't tell anyone I'm being geeky.
I think I'm going to start writing again. I mean really writing. I have all these ideas now. I also have some book projects that I'm thinking about. I want to make a book with all the pics my sister scanned from my grandmothers collection. We could make books for my mom and her siblings. That would be really great and might help bridge some relationships. They've been so crappy to each other. Anyway, I think a book would be great. My sister would really be into that too. She's a printshop gal and knows how to set up for multipage print jobs.
this summer I'll be going to school and working two jobs. I know it sounds nuts, but I'm needing to save up some money. I really need to check on applying for a home loan and seeing about appraisers.
Anyway, break time over and I must work some more.
